Remember when the only reason our characters cried was because of a deadly chemical weapon? What a times

  • Yes, the gas that makes Sebastian cry is mustard gas, but the later scene about SuLIN gas works well for this, too.
  • FYI, the first chemical compound shown is for mustard gas, and the one underneath it is sodium hypochlorite, a.k.a. bleach, a chemical commonly used to neutralize mustard gas. This means that Sieglinde treated our earl with a bleach solution.

I wanna see Ciel cry for REAL if that ever happens… Like in the future in the manga.

It could happen…. Perhaps when it finally hits home just what all has happened to the real Ciel? Idk. Can’t make promises, and I’m not going to predict it, either.

Oh dear… Unless Yana-san takes the Mother3 thing about Violet/Kumatora finally crying and Duster saying it’s “cute”… but instead of having someone say that to Gregory Violet (like Lizzie or Edward [lol]) the earl finally cries and Lizzie tells HIM it’s “cute”?!?

UGH! Maybe I should make THAT the prediction instead of someone saying it to Gregory? The earl finally cries and Lizzie tells him it’s “cute”? 😯

Addendum to Mother3: when Violet cries….

I had long-ago predicted that we might see Gregory Violet cry after hiding his emotions, since that’s exactly what Violet/Kumatora does in Mother3. (I’m trying to find the right post from I don’t know how long ago, and it was a tiny mention as a prediction, so I’m having trouble pinning it down….)

At the very end of Mother3, the player “wanders” around in the dark and talks to the characters of the game. Violet/Kumatora can’t stop crying, and Duster comments it’s the only time he’s seen her cry. I half-jokingly suggested that maybe we will see Gregory Violet cry, and that perhaps Lizzie might comment about it (though I’ve since replaced Lizzie with Edward AND Lizzie as representing Duster).
